Through rain, shine, earthquakes, firestorms, looting, rioting or even police actions...the mail must get through. Chuy is the man for the job. This Vato has seen it all while delivering mail on the streets of Quien Sabe. One time he was almost being robbed at gunpoint on gubment check day, but he thwarted the attack, and saved the mail, (he is trained in karate by Master Home Lee). On many occasions he's been chased and attacked by roving and unleashed Pit Bulls, Rotweilers, and killer Chihuahuas. His muscular legs are full of scars. Chuy was even ran over once by racing rice burners on Homies boulevard. He couldn't be sure, but he swears it was Pinoy and some of his Filipino friends. Chuy is grateful for the Mail Companies Hispanic Program...where they outreached to hire more Hispanics, thereby creating a balanced and integrated workforce. He keeps his mail delivery van all buffed out, lowered, and rollin on twenties. When you hear the bass thumpin, and your house windows start vibrating...you know Chuy is on the block.
