Letter - I am a 18 year old budding biker, I want to get a real bike ,
not some Japanese crap, but I have a heck of a problem. I'm restricted to my learners
licence which means I can only ride up to 250cc. I've been thinking of
forgetting about the rules but I've been pulled over 20 times in my car and
often get taken to the lockup at parties. I'm not the most popular person in my
area with the pigs, especially after I was done for resisting arrest last time.
What can I do to get around this problem?
